71st AGM Dinner

The dinner will be held at The Mendip Inn
The dinner costs a modest £20 for two courses.
We expect to have use of one section of their premises.
Accommodation is available at the Mendip Inn - see their web site.
We are expecting to have an after dinner speaker but one has not yet been arranged (as of 28th Feb) .
Transport:
We have hired a 16 seat minibus from Blenheim Scouts in Bristol. The minibus will kindly be driven by Jason Kirby. The cost of a return trip from the cottage will be £10 per head, provided the bus is near to full. The fee may have to inrease slightly if the occupancy is lower. The vehicle hire costs us £130 plus 60p per mile. Check the tick box after the menu choices, if you book for two guests, we will assume you will pay for two places on the bus.
